　　人間——跟隨耶穌、佛陀、穆罕默德、老子、科學——進入生命禪院——學習瞭解禪院內容——成為禪院草——反常思維——洗滌心靈的塵垢——轉換思維，改變生命結構——進入世外桃源1——去千年界，2——瞭解8大思維——去萬年界，3——明晰生命的8大奧秘——去極樂界仙島群島洲。

　　從人間開始，先認真學習領會耶穌、釋迦牟尼、穆罕默德、老子的智慧和教誨，認真學習科學知識，在此基礎上進入生命禪院，在禪院以學習領會禪院文集和雪峰文集為主，兼聽禪院大師們的開悟心得和學習他們的智慧，然後爭取成為禪院草，一旦成為禪院草，就要反常思維，破除一切迷信和桎梏人性的枷鎖，逐漸脫離家庭、國家、政黨、宗教思維的約束， 並自覺像擦拭鏡子上的灰塵那樣洗滌心靈上的污漬和塵垢，讓每日的所思所行沿著真善美愛誠軌跡運行，然後進入本質的修鍊，在思維的轉換上下功夫，讓意識逐漸進入反物質世界，身在人間，心在天國，在此基礎上進入世外桃源，體驗千年界仙人生活在人間的拷貝，並修鍊脫凡骨禪定法，如此可以保證去千年界，如果不想去千年界，那麼，就必須掌握8大思維的奧妙， 一旦明白了8大思維的奧妙，就可以保證去萬年界，如果不想去萬年界，就必須徹底明白生命的8大奧秘，一旦明白了生命的8大奧秘。 就可以隨時去極樂界仙島群島洲了。

　　道理就這麼簡單，去天國的路線圖就這麼清晰，但要真正做到，就不是容易的事了。
