# 沒有辦公室，從不開會——第二家園亮點系列十九

在很多人的意識裡，辦公室是老闆、官員、白領、公務員上班的地方，好像坐辦公室的比普通農民、工人、小商販等高人一等，吹著空調，喝著咖啡，處理處理文檔文書，喝喝茶聊聊天，很有優越感的樣子。

第二家園沒有階級，沒有等級，每個人都是勞動者，不管做什麼工作，人人平等，不設辦公室。

導遊雪峰是第二家園的創始人，負責精神和心靈的引導，同時還兼任總院長，負責整個家園的建設和規劃，按世俗常規的思維，應該有一間很大的辦公室，再配上個秘書才合理，事實上，導遊也是只有一間臥室，與大家的臥室一樣大，設施也一樣，導遊平時寫文章就在自己的房間里，更沒有秘書什麼的。

院長負責整個分院生產和生活的統籌安排和協調，同樣沒有辦公室，連電腦也沒有，如果需要上網，也是到電腦房與大家一起上網。

家園有五個網站，站長和網站的管理員們也是在自己的房間上網或到電腦房上網，也沒有一個辦公室。

家園裡也沒有大大小小的會議，除了週一週三晚上2小時的理念學習和週五2小時左右的家園生活會外，從不開會。

家園實行渾沌管理，超人哲學，在自己的工作領域內，自己負責，自己說了算，不討論，不商量，沒有必要開會。

因此，家園的一切很簡單，很輕鬆。
