# 人類新生活渾沌管理程序綱要

實施萬教歸一，萬法歸宗，開創“賢不遺野，天下一家”，“道不拾遺，夜不閉戶”，萬物和諧，風調雨順，人人開心、快樂、自由、幸福的生命禪院時代是人類賢哲的使命。

1.建立全球政府，逐步使所有國家解體，撤銷各國移民局和大使館，讓全球公民在全世界範圍內自由流動。

2.逐步解體所有宗教信仰團體和組織，把信仰統一到敬畏上帝、敬畏生命、敬畏大自然、走上帝之道上來。

3.逐步解體傳統婚姻家庭生活模式，把人類引導到生命禪院創建的第二家園新生活模式中。

4.全人類利益高於一切，逐步使全球所有政黨消失。 堅持一個信仰、一個政府、一種理念，“聖人抱一為天下式”。

5.政府的職責僅僅是統籌安排人類的生產和生活。

6.取消各國憲法、法律，包括聯合國憲章，取消所有規章制度和戒律戒條，人類共同遵守《新時代人類八百理念》。

7.人類新生活沒有家庭、沒有親疏、沒有民族、沒有私有財產，使人人一無所有擁有一切。

8.各盡所能，按需分配。

9.提倡節儉、淳樸，遏制奢侈、浪費。

10.提倡勤勞、忠信，遏制懶惰、腐敗和虛偽。

11.讓人人做自己喜歡的工作。

12.保證每一位地球公民有事做。

13.貨幣消失。

14.“聖人處無為之事，行不言之教。 ”

15.“不尚賢，使民不爭。 ”

16.“不貴難得之貨，使民不為盜。 ”

17.“不見可欲，使民心不亂。 ”

18.“絕聖棄智，絕仁棄義，絕巧棄利。 ”

19.“塞其兌，閉其門; 搓其銳，解其紛; 和其光，同其塵。 ”

20.道法自然，摒棄一切道德說教。

21.尊重事實，尊重科學、尊重邏輯、尊重靈覺，實事求是，實話實說。

22.解說道之內涵，升華人的品質，消除忌妒、埋怨、比較之心。

23.人不求我不助之，人若求我急助之。

24.教育只傳授三項知識：上帝之道知識（包括音樂美術等藝術知識）、做人之道知識（包括人文歷史知識）、科學技能知識。

25.激發人人內心真、善、美、愛、信、誠品質，人類的生產生活逐步過渡到沒有管理者和被管理者渾沌模式。

26.公民人人只說自己的話、做自己的事、修自己的道、走自己的路，不操別人的心，不管別人的事。

27.只保留傳統自然節日，與神、佛、人、國家、政黨、軍隊、宗教等等相關的節日一律取消。

28.人人不過生日。

29.推行自然養生之道，保障人人身心健康，逐步弱化人智所創建的醫院、醫生、醫療等顧此失彼的功能。

30.逐步做到所有人的吃穿住行生老病死由第二家園負責，教育和醫療免費。
