分個人和集體兩部分。

個人

不論你來自哪個民族、追求哪個信仰、崇尚哪種文化，只要你願意並做到以下要求，都可以申請成為國際大家庭一成員。

一、你願意把自己的時間、精力、才能和智慧奉獻給國際大家庭。

二、你贊同並願意遵守第三版《新時代人類八百理念》。

三、任何一位國際大家庭成員遭遇困境時你願意去無償地説明。

四、你願意過集體生活並能做到有福同享有難同當。

只要能做到以上4條，你可以申請成為國際大家庭一員。

集體

不論是生態社區、共識社區、靈修社區、其他類型的團體或社區，只要願意成為國際大家庭一員，都可以來函商討計劃和方案，達成共識後，可以集體成為國際大家庭的一員。
