# 黨的十八大為第二家園建設奠定了基礎

此次黨的十八大確立了胡錦濤主席的科學發展觀思想，並將生態文明建設納入了國家發展規劃，這對於第二家園在中國的建設奠定了思想基礎。

科學發展觀和生態文明建設是第二家園建設的兩條主線，我們的做法符合了中國政府和中國共產黨的思想，可以說第二家園建設與中國政府的路線高度一致，這就為第二家園在中國的發展開闢了道路。

讓我們在中國的第二家園沿著黨的十八大制定的科學發展觀和生態文明建設路線前進。
