# 第二家園四分院全面進入渾沌管理

管理的最高境界就是不管理，渾沌管理就是不再管理。

第二家園生活模式基本上是以天國千年界生活模式為參照系的，天國千年界仙群的生活就是渾沌管理。

四分院的禪院草目前基本上都有獨立意識，且每日在高度自覺自願地從事著自己的工作，且都很勤勞善良純樸真誠守信，一切在井然有序高效率進行，所以，根本不再需要管理。

不再管理的幾個方面如下：

1.“八仙過海，各顯神通”，每個人所從事的工作自己做主，想怎麼做就怎麼做，想什麼時候做就什麼時候做，其他的人不聞不問。

2.作息自己安排，不再有統一的要求，想早晨睡到八九點，中午不睡，都由自己做主安排，不再有人監督要求。

3.日常生活用品全面放開，想吃什麼想用什麼，隨意到庫房取用，樹上結的果子地上長的作物，只要想吃，隨意採摘，不再有任何分配和要求。

4.人與人之間不再有任何的忌妒、埋怨、教育、指責、批評、議論、控制，每個人進入高度地自由狀態。

5.自己在工作上、生活上、生理上、情感上、心理上、精神上的煩惱自己化解，逐漸擺脫對他人和導遊的依賴。

6.每個人對外聯絡，進出家園全面自由。

7.每個人想讀什麼書，想看什麼影視作品，想與外界的什麼人打交道，全面自由。

8.每個人想邀請什麼人來家園探望自己，家園全面配合。

總之，每個人在家園“隨心所欲不逾矩”。

為什麼我敢於在四分院全方位實施渾沌管理，因為我相信經過禪院理念洗禮和經過勞動過關的禪院草都知道如何做如何把握度，並且堅信大家的所作所為一定都在上帝之道上，大家一定會高度自覺自願維護禪院理念，一切的言論行為肯定都是為了家園。
