# 對第二家園四分院也動手了

繼強行單方面終止合同，不做合法補償，強行把第二家園在雲南省楚雄地區的三分院40位兄弟姐妹逼出家園后，接著第二家園在安寧市的一分院房東們先後來要求解除合同。

今天下午三點，坐落在離臨滄市區15公里處的四分院迎來了七位客人，村民所在地忙盤鄉政府負責司法的領導，村委會與臨滄市技工學校簽訂合同的技校副校長，四分院房東，還有四位身份不明，據房東說是他的朋友，來通知我，說村民要收回土地，技校決定將土地還給村民，所以我們的合同沒有法律效力了，我們的房東說他也無奈。 （此處需要說明一點，村委會與技校簽訂合同，該合同轉讓給了我們的房東，我們與房東簽訂了23年的合同。 合同有效期至2034年7月31日至。 ）

村民要求收回土地的理由是我們改變了合同的性質，實際上，合同的性質一點沒變，原合同的性質是種植養殖，給技校學生提供實習園地，我們現在依然是種植養殖，並且為技校學生提供實習園地。

當然，這一切都是藉口，其實質是要實現在3-4個月內把第二家園在雲南省的三所分院全部消滅掉的目的。

我們的要求是：繼續履行合同。
