# 各分院生產生活與分院長抱一

家園管理宏觀上是渾沌管理，但具體事務上實行的是超人哲學，即：誰負責誰說了算。 各分院的生產和生活事務只有一人負責，這個人就是各分院分院長，所以，在生產和生活的統籌安排上每一位兄弟姐妹全然地按照分院長的安排進行，分院長怎麼安排就怎麼做，不要去分析分院長的安排是否正確。

任何不按照分院長的要求和安排進行的，不論你有多大的理由，不論你覺得你是多麼地正確，你是多麼地了不起，一律是錯誤的，是違背渾沌管理原則的。

凡與分院長的安排對抗的，都是錯誤的。

家園的各項工作一般是分工負責的，對此，同樣適用“誰負責誰說了算”管理原則，比如食堂，誰負責誰決定，其他兄弟姐妹一律不要去指導和要求，食堂做什麼就吃什麼，不要提要求。 其他各項分工負責工作也照此辦理。 但有一點，在兄弟姐妹各自負責從事的工作中，分院長根據情況會隨時指導和調整，不能說“這個工作我負責所以分院長也不能插手”，其他人可以不插手，也不應該插手，但分院長應當隨時插手提出要求並進行調整。

總之，各分院的生產生活，請兄弟姐妹們與分院長抱一，一切按照分院長的思路和安排展開並進行。

同時要求全體兄弟姐妹，你們不要指導分院長如何安排家園的生產和生活，要相信分院長的腦子和靈性比自己的腦子和靈性更好使更敏銳。

如果覺得分院長有錯，安排不合理，可以在總院網上寫文章公開論說，也可以在每週一次的家園生活會上提出討論。

體現主人翁精神不是人人當總統，也不是凡事都要去提出自己的主張和觀點，而是在自己負責的領域充分地體現一個主人應當履行的使命、責任和義務。

在各分院的生產和生活領域，因為覺得分院長的安排不合理或不合適而與院長鬧彆扭致使院長不開心的，一律不是分院長的錯，而是鬧彆扭兄弟姐妹的錯。
