# 家園裡16歲以下孩子不能實施擁抱禮

家園裡生活的孩子是大家的孩子，成年人與孩子們的關係是親人關係，為了遵守聯合國《兒童權利公約》和中國的《未成年人保護法》，為了孩子們的身心健康，家園裡親人們到來或分別時與孩子們不能實施擁抱禮，改用揮手禮，以免猥褻嫌疑而導致犯罪。 同時，在任何場所和任何情況下，除親生父母外，家園成年人不能與16歲以下的孩子們擁抱，尤其是成年男子不能與16歲以下女孩子擁抱。

同時，家園女性是否與男性在分別或見面時擁抱，完全採取自願，男性絕對不能主動甚至強行去與女性擁抱，不能把自己的意願強加於任何女性，要視女性的意願而定。
