# 家園目前缺少一個善於處理外務的仙才

家園在不斷擴展，我很快要去探勘五分院駐地，每一所分院要與當地政府、派出所、村民、房東地主等打交道，目前想把恆德院長調出來，但又擔心恆德院長一走一分院與當地的關係不好處理，四分院也有許多外務要處理，我與他們打交道沒有問題，問題在於一打交道就陷入俗務，再說我不喜歡與俗間的人們打交道，這事煩心。

處理外務的仙才要有全方位的能力，不僅要通曉生命禪院及其第二家園的歷史意義和價值，更要有能靈活圓融善於與各方各界人士打交道的經驗和本領，還要具備一定的法律知識，要有能把死人說活的本事，能把很僵持的局面打開且要讓凡是與生命禪院接觸的人們心服口服願意配合的能力。

上哪兒找這樣的仙才啊！
