# 祈願上帝給家園恩賜幾位善於外交的禪院草

家園今日遭遇的磨難，根子上還是我們自己造成的，家園的理念沒錯，家園的實踐也沒錯，錯就錯在我們沒有與政府部門和社會相關人士及時溝通，讓政府和社會沒有詳細瞭解我們，導致了誤會誤解。

平心而論，家園建設初期地方各級部門都來人了解調查，並給予了善意的指導，公安人員和國保來家園執法也在情理法理之中，是我們自己覺得太偉大，太超凡脫俗，很少認真地去回訪和溝通並請求指導，我們自認為我們沒有違法亂紀，沒有犯罪，不反對政府，與中央領導人保持高度一致，沒有破壞大自然，沒有傷害社會和他人就可以隨心所欲，我們與社會走得太遠了， 我們太清高了。

村民們的一些要求站在村民們的角度也能理解，我們一味地認為有合同就可以萬事大吉，我們缺乏與村民們溝通的能力。

家園目前最缺乏的就是沒有與政府和村民們具有溝通能力的外交人才，其實，不論是政府工作人員，不論是公安人員，還是村民們，都是有善意的，他們本意上根本不想傷害我們，偶爾產生誤解是很正常的，有時候對我們嚴厲一點或許是我們自己的言論行為不合時宜而導致的。

最近一段時間，我們的語言可能有點過激，我們以後再不能這樣了，有理說理，不再使用過激語言，不再激化矛盾，考慮一切問題盡可能理性盡可能向好處想，對待任何一位政府人員和村民始終要以禮相待文明接待。

家園需要的具備溝通能力的外交人才必須具備三大優勢：外交氣質、外交經驗、優秀品德。

祈願上帝早日給家園恩賜幾位善於外交的禪院草，以便於擺脫目前的困境，使家園在今後的建設和發展中平穩順利。
