# 森林公安限制了憲法賦予我們的自由

中華人民共和國憲法第三十七條規定：中華人民共和國公民的人身自由不受侵犯。

臨滄市臨翔區森林公安，於2014年元旦下午1點至6點30分期間用其「森林防火」車輛堵住了第二家園四分院通往外界的唯一通道，6點多，我們的車輛要出去辦事，結果出不去，森林公安的車輛停在大門口路上，車輛內無人，於是，我向森林公安局用電話提出抗議，約20分鐘，森林公安派人來將其車輛開走，但其車輛並沒有開遠，繼續停在不遠處監視我們， 直到夜晚11點才開走。

森林公安的做法嚴重違背了憲法，剝奪了憲法賦予公民的人身自由。

更為奇巧的是，就在森林公安堵住我們通道的期間，我們幾次修復幾次破壞的吃水管道又被破壞了。
