# 生命禪院時代傳道傳佛法者必須自食其力

生命禪院時代，勞動將成為每一個地球公民的第一要務，每一個人，必須參與一項創造性體力勞動或基本生活保障勞動，管理階層的人數必須大幅度降低，平均三百人只有一個管理者即可，也就是說，三百個人的吃穿住行生老病死及生產生活只要一個人操心安排，不再有第二個人參與。

這就是說，假設地球上有三億人，那麼，管理者就是一百萬人，除此一百萬人之外，其餘的人都是第一線的勞動者。

由此我們知道，生命禪院時代只有兩種人，即管理者和勞動者。 而生命禪院時代的管理者是最勞累的人，這種管理者必須身強體健，精力旺盛，思維縝密，頭腦靈活，且不能在吃穿住行方面有任何特殊待遇，他們必須是眾人的僕人和奴隸。

如此一來，地球上不再存在專門的傳道傳佛法者，不再存在由眾人供養的傳道傳佛法者，傳道傳佛法者首先必須是一個參與生產創造第一線的勞動者。

教師的職責是傳道、授業、解惑，傳道傳佛法是教師的職責，所以，生命禪院時代傳道傳佛法的工作由教師承擔，教師屬於第一線的勞動者。

生命禪院時代的學校只設三門課程，即：上帝知識、做人知識、科技知識。 傳道傳佛法者就到學校去教授上帝知識和做人知識。
