# 生命綠洲照顧老人的十八個細節

我們要徹底結束人類有史以來老人們晚景淒涼的問題。

在生命禪院生命綠洲，要讓老人們過上無憂無慮如詩如畫的神仙生活，要讓老人們始終與中年人、青年人、孩子們在一起，盡享老年時期人生的美好。

以下是在生命綠洲照顧老人的十八個細節。

1.最好的房間讓老人們住。

2.最好的食物先給老人吃。

3.需要安排專人照顧老人。

4.每天夜晚需要有人去給老人道別祝晚安。

5.每天早晨需要有人去看看老人醒來沒有，並説明老人洗漱，讓老人吃早餐。

6.每天要問寒問暖，看看老人需要什麼，最大限度滿足老人的需求。

7.輔助老人洗澡，小心滑倒跌倒。

8.起居不便行動不便的，要攙扶。

9.保持老人房間乾淨整潔，空氣通暢。

10.老人們用的床單、被罩、枕巾至少三天一換洗。

11.老人們穿的衣服至少三天一換洗。

12.老人洗澡不便的，要經常説明擦洗身體，洗頭。

13.舉辦娛樂晚會時，給老人搬椅子，讓老人們坐在最佳位置。

14.老人房間24小時備好開水，以便隨時飲用。

15.老人若不方面去食堂吃飯，就把飯菜送到老人身邊。

16.陪伴老人們到庭院和田間地頭多轉悠，多陪老人聊天，以消除寂寞和孤獨感。

17.老人們經常經過的路要弄平整，以免被絆倒。

18.多舉辦一些讓人開心的活動，讓老人們參與其中，保持老人們心情愉快。

根據禪院理念和生命綠洲十年多的實踐，我們的目標是每一冠禪院草都活到120歲，所以，在生命綠洲老人的定義是，80歲及80歲以上的都屬於老人，都開始享受老人待遇，實際情況是，我們的有些80歲以上的老人每天還在幹體力活，70多歲的人每天還像年輕人那樣生龍活虎地幹活，所以，在生命綠洲，60歲及以上80歲以下的都叫中年人， 60歲以下的都叫青年人。 每冠禪院草到達120歲以後馬上走人，再不能留戀人世，我們通過“脫凡骨禪定法”把老人送到天國千年界，或萬年界，或極樂界仙島群島洲。
