# 隱私權在家園裡要得到絕對保障

什麼是個人隱私？

答：「隱私權是指自然人享有的私人生活安寧與私人資訊秘密依法受到保護，不被他人非法侵擾、知悉、收集、利用和公開的一種人格權，而且權利主體對他人在何種程度上可以介入自己的私生活，對自己是否向他人公開隱私以及公開的範圍和程度等具有決定權。 ”

哪些屬於個人隱私？ 答：

1.未經公民許可，公開其姓名、肖像、住址和電話號碼。

2.非法侵入、搜查他人住宅，或以其他方式破壞他人居住安寧。

3.非法跟蹤他人，監視他人住所，安裝竊聽設備，私拍他人私生活鏡頭，窺探他人室內情況。

4.非法刺探他人財產狀況或未經本人允許公佈其財產狀況。

5.私拆他人信件，偷看他人日記，刺探他人私人文件內容，以及將他們公開。

6.調查、刺探他人社會關係並非法公諸於眾。

7.干擾他人夫妻性生活或對其進行調查、公佈。

8.將他人婚外性生活向社會公佈。

9.洩露公民的個人材料或公諸於眾或擴大公開範圍。

10.收集公民不願向社會公開的純屬個人的情況。

禪院草首先是遵紀守法的優秀公民，凡聯合國憲章和各種法律及所在國的憲法、法律、法規必須自覺自願百分之百地遵守。

根據聯合國《世界人權宣言》和《公民權利和政治權利國際公約》及中國《侵權責任法》，除保障上面《侵權責任法》提到的10條外，禪院草還要做到如下8條：

1.不能偷看他人的信箱。

2.不能詢問他人的私生活和歷史背景及財產狀況。

3.不能向任何人公開與自己有過性生活的其他異性的名字、所為及身體狀況。

4.不能詢問他人的性生活資源和狀況。

5.不能擅自闖入他人的隱私空間。

6.不詢問不偷窺不公開不傳播任何人的隱私。

7.不跟蹤、調查、揣測任何人的行蹤。

8.對他人的隱私要做到一問三不知。

希望所有禪院草做最文明的人，做最遵紀守法的公民。
