# 李克強： 改革要尊重群眾和基層的首創精神

好消息不斷傳來，國務院21日召開全國綜合配套改革試點工作座談會，會上即將接任溫家寶總理之職的李克強發表重要講話，講話中說：“讓人民過上更加美好的生活，必須通過改革開放。 “並強調：”改革要既有頂層設計，又要尊重群眾和基層的首創精神。 ”

這等於在說：“你們生命禪院創建的建設生態文明的第二家園屬於'群眾和基層的首創精神'，搞得好，繼續創建！ ”

黨的十八大之後一派新氣象，科學發展觀，生態文明建設，習近平總書記的聖人思想“人民對美好生活的嚮往，就是我們的奮鬥目標”，此次李克強強調的“改革要尊重群眾和基層的首創精神”等等，簡直就是一股吹進中國大地的春風。

感謝上帝，為第二家園建設帶來了春風，鋪平了道路，放眼未來，處處是高度文明的第二家園世外桃源，在世外桃源裡善良勤勞的人們在自然地勞作著，享受著大自然的恩賜，開心、快樂、自由、幸福地生活著，過著如詩如畫的人生，沒有煩惱、痛苦、焦慮和憂愁，這簡直是天國降臨人間了！

努力吧！ 親愛的兄弟姐妹們，讓我們在開明公正的政府領導下，把我們的家園建設成人類夢寐以求的人間樂園！
