1.何為迷信？ 答：沒經過自己大腦思考和驗證而對他人的觀點或行為產生的盲目崇拜和畏懼叫迷信。

2.何為悟？ 答：悟是一種冥想狀態，悟是想弄懂某個或某些深刻的道理。 被某個事件、或現象、或話語啟發，從而透過事件、現象和話語明白了某個道理或某些關聯的道理叫開悟。

3.人為什麼生病？ 答：境由心生，病由心造，生病是因為自己的心靈結構不完美，有缺陷，俗話講蒼蠅不叮無縫蛋，疾病不纏高靈人，心靈結構不完美猶如雞蛋有裂縫，病自然會生。

4.什麼是資訊？ 答：資訊有兩層含義，一層指的是各式各樣的消息，比如我們每天上網、看電視、聊天、讀書讀報等等所獲得的以前不知的消息和以前沒有發生過的消息; 一層指通過身體或心靈感應到的訊息。 對禪院草而言，我們主要是通過感悟，捕捉來自上帝靈的資訊。

5.何為禪？ 答：禪是修鍊人達到的一種與天地宇宙、萬事萬物渾然一體的心靈境界，叫禪境，進入了禪境，就超凡脫俗了，就可以以境轉境、以心轉境、以意轉境，天馬行空，隨意遊戲了。
