# 達摩西來 全憑心意——答法門草

“達摩西來一字無，全憑心意用功夫。” 如何理解它的意義與修煉運用？ ——法門草

答： 達摩原來天外天 不講佛法也成仙 萬卷經書都不用 單提生死一毫端 神光原來好講經 智慧聰明廣傳人 今朝不遇達摩度 難超三界了死生 達摩西來一字無 全憑心意用功夫 若要紙上尋佛法 筆尖蘸乾洞庭湖

在印度有一王舍城，城郊有一靈鷲山，一天，娑婆世界大梵天王把一枝名貴的金鳳梨花獻佛，並請世尊：“若有未說最上大法，為我及末世行菩薩人，欲行佛道凡夫眾生，布演宣說。 ”

世尊釋迦牟尼佛接過金鳳梨花，面對八萬四千眾，只捻花卻不語，眾皆默然，唯有迦葉尊者“破顏微笑”，世尊知其會意，便將“未說最上大法”傳之，世尊乃曰：“吾有正法眼藏，涅槃妙心，實相無相，微妙法門，不立文字，教外別傳，直指人心，見性成佛。 ”

這就是禪宗心法的由來，禪宗心法在印度傳了28代，迦葉尊者為其始祖，菩提達摩為印度最後一代禪宗祖師，即第28代祖師。 其時，印度佛教逐漸衰微，而東土中國正值梁武帝大興佛教之時，於是，西元520年，達摩祖師從南印度渡海來中國，先到廣州，後到河南嵩山少林寺。 達摩在印度為禪宗第28代祖師，到中國就成了禪宗的始祖，二祖慧可，三祖僧璨，四祖道信、五祖弘忍，六祖慧能，六祖后再無傳承。

“達摩西來一字無”是說達摩祖師從印度來中國沒有帶來任何經卷，帶來的是世尊的“最上大法”“正法眼藏”，即“以心傳心”的佛法——禪法。

“全憑心意用功夫”是說萬象生心靈，心靈超萬象，境隨心轉，以心轉境，萬法唯識，萬界由心。 我在《禪宗七祖談禪》三篇文章中對此有精妙論說，可參考。

達摩初到少林講法，面對僧眾一言未發，後面壁九年，也是未發一言，既不講經卷，也不說話，而是“以心傳心”“直指人心”。

我們如何把達摩所傳的世尊最高妙大法運用到修鍊之中？

1.捨心。 讓心無所住，達到無心狀態。 2.讀無字天書。 讀萬事萬物萬象，從萬事萬物萬象中獲得天啟。 3.隨性。 拋棄自己的聰明和智慧，聆聽性的召喚和驅使。 4.無思、無慮、無我、無相，天人合一，與道合一。

道久，道活，與道合一了，我們就進入了永恆，就進入了“揚起一捧沙，綠樹千千萬”的隨意幻化的極樂世界。
