# 關於精神和意識答覆滄海草

滄海草：導遊大哥，請教您一個問題，通常說的精神指的是什麼，精神與意識的關係是怎樣的？ 謝謝了哈。

答：精神是精、氣、神的總稱，通常說的精神主要指生命體表現出的一種狀態，如精神飽滿、精神萎靡、精神欠佳、精神矍鑠等，此外，精神還指宗旨，如“領會其精神”。

精，是能量的高度集結，是維護生命體活動的源泉，生命體有兩種精，一種是物質能量凝聚昇華出的精，如腎精、脾精、肺精、肝精，主要通過食物而來，另一種是反物質能量凝聚而生的精，如心精、意精，有時候一個好消息能讓人情緒高漲，“好消息”就是一種反物質之精。

氣，是生命體內外能量的一種流通狀態，暢通，則氣足; 滯塞，則氣不足。 氣足，則精神旺; 氣缺，則精神差。

神，是生命體的一種靈，也是程式的管理者。 神有兩個含義，一個是生命體程式的管理神，比如，我們因飲食勞作不適當而導致身體某部位的疼痛或不適，就是惹神生氣了，是神在向我們發出警告，所以陸地仙說：“吾之身，有精光之神，形影之神，毛孔之神，各萬有二千，五臟六腑，三元九宮亦皆有神。 “另一個就是靈，靈魂的靈，從生命禪院理念講，就是上帝。

意識，是結構的產物，有什麼樣的結構，就有什麼樣的意識，同時，意識又反作用於結構，什麼樣的意識導致什麼樣的結構。 意識與心靈有關，心靈優美，意識就完善，結構就完美，意識的變化主要是依據心靈動力，通過視覺、聽覺、嗅覺、味覺、觸覺、靈覺感應物質和反物質世界的刺激資訊，再通過大腦思維來反映反饋所接受的信息，意識是一種心理活動，意識的形成主要是思維的結果。

精神主要體現生命體結構的一種能量狀態，而意識主要是體現生命體結構的內涵。

意識完善，精神就好。 但精神好，並不表示意識就一定完善。
