# 如何修鍊內功——答鐵血雄風

人能修正身心，則真精真神居其中，大才大德出其中。

修正身心，就是修鍊內功。 內功修煉得好，就具備真精真神，就出大才大德。

內功是一種浩然之氣，是一種有序渾沌狀態，呆若木雞者就是內功深厚的表現，泰山崩於前而面不改色心不跳，鋼刀架於脖而氣定神閒悠然微笑，是空，卻氣象萬千; 是零，卻能生萬法; 是無為，卻無所不為; 是渾沌，卻陰陽往來變化無窮一絲不苟。

內功膚淺者，擅長於術，擅長於技巧機巧，擅長於表現彰顯，汲汲於所欲，戚戚於貧賤，煙霧瀰漫似無根浮萍，花枝招展像無頭蒼蠅，話多爭多是非多，喜歡故弄玄虛玩高深、玩高雅、玩概念。

內功深厚者，擅長於道，擅長於創造，擅長於隱遁卻在必要時噴薄而出“力拔山兮氣蓋世”，隨緣而化隨機而作隨性而動不逾矩，廢事廢話廢動作少，看似愚昧卻智慧超群，看似像死人卻活靈活現，看似無招卻招數無窮，看似弱不禁風卻威力無窮金剛不倒。

如何修鍊內功？

答：修正身心。

答：1.凡事實事求是，不自欺欺人。

2.聆聽基督耶穌教誨，把耶穌的教誨融會貫通於自己的言論行動中; 研習《金剛經》，發大乘心願，廣度有情眾生; 揣摩《道德經》，熟悉太極原理; 讀讀《古蘭經》，養浩然正氣; 效法古今中外賢哲，捨棄自我，為人類千萬年的自由幸福鞠躬盡瘁死而後已。

如此，就能具備渾厚內功。
